Trevor Adem – CEO
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, MBA
Trevor has been the Chief Executive Officer at East Wimmera Health Service since 2017 and has been a rural Chief Executive Officer since 2006 – in both the Gippsland and Grampians regions. Trevor was also the Director of the Victorian Healthcare Association from 2013-2023. A former Physiotherapist, Trevor leads East Wimmera Health Service through clear communication and strong adherence to values and behaviours alongside a commitment to clinical governance.
Meghan Noonan – Director of Primary Care
Bachelor of Nursing, Post Graduate Certificate in Cancer Care, RIPRN
Meghan Noonan completed a Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University in 2009 and has worked extensively in Haematology/Oncology/Palliative Care and completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Cancer Care with University of Melbourne. Initially focusing on her clinical skills Meghan also has experience in Intensive Care and Emergency Nursing before moving into a leadership role. Returning to the Mallee in 2017 Meghan advanced her clinical skills completing RIPRN (Rural and isolated Practice Registered Nurse) qualification and worked in both clinical and leadership positions in rural health care. Meghan has previous experience in both Executive and Deputy roles in Nursing and Midwifery.
Patricia Croft – Director of Clinical Services
Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Applied Business Management
An experienced nurse since 1988, Pat commenced as an Enrolled Nurse in 1988 before completing a Bachelor of Nursing in 2003. With over 36 years’ experience, in clinical, acute, and aged care management, and in community and primary care environments. Pat has led several NSQHS accreditations and participated in HACC accreditation. She has worked as a facilitator for Cert III & Cert IV Aged Care, completed the Clinical Excellence Commission’s Executive Leadership Program, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Work Health & Safety Representative Course and Advisory Board Leadership Development Program.
Years of experience working in General Manager, Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing & Midwifery roles across several health services led to her appointment as Director of Clinical Services role with EWHS in 2018.
Geoffrey Lord – Director of People & Culture
MBA (Southern Cross University), Bach Vocational Education & Training (Charles Sturt University), Member Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), Member Australian Human Resources Institute (MAHRI).
Geoffrey has extensive experience in public, private and community education, training, enabling services and fundraising and significant committee responsibilities in sporting and public reserve spheres. Previously, Geoff has served 23 years in the Australian Defence Force, 12 years in higher education university/TAFE sector in range of roles, before coming to Health in February 2022. Currently, he is responsible for the EWHS People & Culture portfolio encompassing Communications & Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, Executive Assistants, HR, OH&S Return to Work, Payroll, and Support Services. His experience includes project management, policy development, leadership and change management education, campus management, and committee leadership in OH&S, Reconciliation and community sport (Australian Rules Football and Equestrian), as well as Community Health fundraising as member (current) and past president of Blue Ribbon Foundation Horsham Branch.
Joanna O’Leary – Director of Finance & Administration
Bachelor of Commerce, CPA
Joanna O’Leary completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law at Deakin University in 2008 and has worked extensively in Accounting and Financial management and completed her CPA certification with CPA Australia in 2015.
Starting her career focusing on her accounting skills Joanna also has experience in taxation, business advisory, payroll, and banking before moving into leadership roles in public health.
